“It’s been a pleasure collaborating with Luke on a series of rail noise research projects. I have relied on him to arrange safe track access and independently undertake a full suite of measurements, including passby noise, vibration, rail roughness, track decay rate, and wheel roughness. Many of these measurements are highly specialized, but all were professionally executed with great outcomes and a minimum of fuss. I look forward to working more with Luke in the future!”
