Hildegard joined Wilson Ihrig in 2014, and brought with her more than 17 years of experience of marketing, communications and business development within the engineering, architecture and planning industry. Hildegard oversees the strategic direction of the firm’s business development goals, as well as manages marketing initiatives and pursuits. She is also a public speaker who gives presentations all across the United States with a focus on Leadership, Collaboration and Empowerment as they relate to women in the workplace.
