Hildegard joined Wilson Ihrig in 2014 and brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, and business development across the engineering, architecture, and planning fields. She currently collaborates with Project Managers to help shape the firm’s business development efforts and client-focused relationship initiatives throughout California. She also supports Merger & Acquisition activities and contributes to the firm’s in-office sustainability program. Beyond the office, she mentors industry marketing professionals, helping them create actionable career plans and strengthen their leadership skills.
