Dorothe joined the firm in 2016, and brought with her over 17 years of experience in such varied roles as html developer at start-ups during the dot-com boom, human resources administrator, product developer, and wine company manager. In her role as Operations Manager, she uses her project management experience and organizational skills to help define business processes and procedures in an effort to facilitate efficient practices across our four offices, as well as our staff who now may be working on-site, remotely, or using a hybrid model. A positive problem solver and team member, she is up for any challenge and enjoys working in a professional environment. She is also active in her community, serving on PTA boards and volunteering with the Girls Scouts, Boy Scouts and youth sports.
